Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves.

Delivery estimates begin after your order ships, not when it's placed. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take an additional day.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is on the roadmap — follow us on social or sign up for email updates to be notified when it's available.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and make it right — either a replacement or a refund. We stand behind every order.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately at natesnatty.com/pages/contact. Once an order has shipped, we can't reroute it — but we'll do our best to help if something goes wrong.
